For your convenience, applications can be completed online or submitted manually using our downloadable application form.
Online Submissions
Complete the online application and attach supporting documents before submitting the form, or email supporting documents directly to us.
Manual Submissions
Download an application form (pdf format) and send it back to us along with supporting documents, via email or in person at Kildare Pre-Primary school.
Registration information
Parents are welcome to make an appointment and visit the school so that you may experience Kildare as a “happy place to be” for yourself.
2026 School Fees
Fees includes a PTA levy and med ins. No termly payment option available.

Bursaries
A limited number of bursaries are available. Bursary application forms must be submitted during September of the year prior to when the bursary is required.
*Please note that applications will not be processed unless all fees and relevant documentation have been received.
Registration fee
A R200 non-refundable registration fee is payable when submitting your application.

Application Submissions
Email your application & supporting documents to:
admissions@kildarepreprimary.co.za. Applications will not be processed unless all fees and relevant documentation have been received.
Acceptance
IMPORTANT: Completion/submission of an application (manual or online submissions) does not guarantee that your child will be accepted at Kildare Pre-Primary School.
If you have not heard from us by April the year before your child should start, kindly contact us to follow up on the application which might have been put onto a waiting list at this stage.
Manual Application Submission
- Click on the “application form (pdf)” button to download an application form.
- Laptop/desktop: The form will open in a new tab and can be downloaded to your computer or edited directly in your browser. Place your cursor in the text areas to start editing. Click on the download icon in the top right corner to save the form on your device.
- Mobile devices: The form will download automatically to complete offline.
- Provide us with the completed admission form along with all supporting documents and admission fee, to complete your application.
Online Application Submission
- Navigate to our online application page
- Complete all required fields on the application form and attach supporting documents before clicking on “submit”.
- Provide us with any outstanding supporting documents (if you did not upload these online) and admission fee, to complete your application.
- Click on the “application form (pdf)” button to download an application form.
Terms
Kildare accepts application forms for submission from birth.
The school reserves the right to undertake a full credit reference check for the purpose of a financial means assessment. This will include contacting the present school (as laid down in the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa’s Code of Ethical Practice).
For our youngest class, children must turn 4 years old by 30 December in the year of entry to be eligible to attend Kildare.
